Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MaisyMe handles information when you use the web application or Android application. MaisyMe is currently operated as a limited release personal planning product.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, MaisyMe may process your Google account identity, account email, tasks, goals, notes, calendar information, assistant messages, scheduling data, notification settings, and other information you choose to enter into the product.
On Android, MaisyMe may also process a Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token so the service can send generic app notifications. Notification tokens are treated as private device identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide the product features you request, store and retrieve your data, operate Maisy, schedule and deliver supported notifications, protect the service, and maintain reliability.
AI processing
When you explicitly use Maisy, the current message and bounded relevant product context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. MaisyMe limits the context sent to what is needed for the request and does not give the model independent authority to make protected product changes without the application’s confirmation and authorization controls.
Service providers
MaisyMe currently relies on service providers including Supabase for database hosting and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for application hosting and server compute, OpenAI for configured AI inference, and Google services for Google sign-in and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Security and isolation
MaisyMe uses authenticated server-side access controls and account scoped data access. The Android application is restricted to the configured MaisyMe HTTPS origin and does not expose a general native JavaScript bridge for authenticated application data.
Retention and deletion
Product information is retained while it is needed to provide the service or until it is deleted through supported product or account deletion flows. Certain technical records may be retained where needed for security, reliability, replay prevention, or legal obligations.
Analytics
MaisyMe does not currently use a third-party analytics or telemetry SDK to observe the content of Maisy conversations.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
