Account deletion
You can request deletion of your MaisyMe account and the personal product data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the Google account used with MaisyMe to support@maisyme.com and ask us to delete your account.
We may ask for an additional verification step before processing the request so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.
What is deleted
The deletion process is intended to remove the account and associated product data such as tasks, goals, notes, assistant conversations and related account settings that are stored for the service.
Limited retention
Some narrow technical records may be retained when required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations or reliable processing. Any such retention is limited to the purpose that requires it.
